Terms and conditions.

We have a 48 hour guarantee on all livestock purchased from the shop (with the exception of livefood). We offer holiday boarding for reptiles and everything will be done to ensure the good health of any animal in our care. However we do not accept responsiblity for the animal becoming ill or dying, we will however have the implicit authority to seek veterinary advice and treatment if necessary which the customer must pay on collection of the animal. We also refuse the right to accept any animal under these terms that is already ill or suffering long term chronic medical conditions.
